Meet the team
David W. Atchison
Founder and Director
David Atchison is a business and ministry leader who lives in Franklin, Tennessee. As a veteran of commercial real estate development, and a co-founder of The Riverstone Group, David provides consulting, expertise and wisdom for business leaders and organizations. In addition, David has been serving LifeWay Christian Stores as a consultant to their Store Development Team, and has helped them grow from 60 stores to a retail chain of over 180 stores during that time. A longtime mentor and speaker on discipleship and leadership, he has challenged thousands of business professionals for over two decades. Atchison is a graduate of Baylor University with a Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management. He is also a nationally recognized speaker and the author of two books, a video series and numerous discipleship resources.
Director of Higher Call International
Kyle Gill has recently joined Higher Call to lead, coordinate and manage Higher Call and RCN International overseas missions strategy. He is the principal of Faithbridge Property Company near Ft. Worth Texas, a Texas real estate broker and an International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) member. Kyle graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. In response to God’s calling to international ministry, he has attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary since 2011. He brings a giving and serving heart, as well as more than a decade of expertise in multi-project management, organization and strategic planning in the commercial real estate industry. We look forward to how God will develop our vision and strategy for mobilizing business professionals for global ministry.
Elaine Everett Atchison
Administration, Events and Editing
Elaine Atchison is responsible for managing the Higher Call and Retail Christian Network databases, contributions and event details, as well as editing resources including “Reflections on a Higher Call.” She graduated from Baylor University and University of Houston, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology. Elaine has worked in both the medical and educational field and is active in the non-profit sector as a refugee advocate. She brings many years of experience as a contract writer and editor of magazine articles, devotionals and curricula. She also co-authored a book and video series for parents.
